  Busier than I expected for a Monday evening, yet still no trouble being seated. Our server Alexa seated us, took our orders and came back to check on us frequently. She was very engaging with our daughters. She was aided by Stephanie, who I believe was the shift manager. She made sure that we were content with our meals, and we're having a pleasant evening more than once. Alexa was very efficient, attentive, very friendly. Perhaps the best visit we've had there in years. They made it a great Monday night.

  Had a great experience thanks to Jack! He was super friendly, attentive, and really helped me choose a meal I ended up loving. Service was quick, he checked in at the right times, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely one of the better dining experiences I’ve had here.

  We’ve been frequent visitors to this place for many years now, and I’m a huge fan. My son absolutely loves their mozzarella sticks and pizzas. I’m writing this review specifically to express my gratitude to Vanessa, who was incredibly kind and added a lot of cheer to our evening out with her exceptional service.

  This was a terrible experience overall. We were sat for 25 minutes without anyone coming to our table. We then ordered our drinks and food because we starving and still sat for over another 15 minutes before finally getting our bread. After another 10 minutes we received our salads and 5 minutes later our main courses. All the while our soft drinks (which were ordered first with our food) came out with our salads and the beer my boyfriend got was skunked aka stale.We waited over 20 minutes with our plates stacked at the end of the table wait for our bills. The refill for our soft drinks we also asked for when our mains came out, came after we were finished our entire meal. We finally waved someone down which turned out the be the manager to get our bills which ended up being completely wrong. The manager actually got another person (the host who showed us to our table) to come bring us our bill instead of coming herself which he said it was his first time doing. Thank god for the host because he was amazing and salvaged any part of that dinner. We also got a deal that came with a pasta and a dessert. We had to ask after our bills to get it to go. In summary do not go here. :))))

  A motley crew scattered aimlessly on a busy Friday night. Young poorly trained staff without any leadership. Dirty napkins on the floor, stacks of dirty dishes still on the tables, and then a guy kept bringing out the mop and bucket to mop the same square meter 4x!!! We waited 20 minutes before a Jr. Staff came over to ask if we would like water, then we waited another 15 minutes before the waiter appeared to take our order. We ordered 2 soups, he brought out one, we ordered salads but we waited another 15 minutes for the cheese. Our water was not refilled the enter two hours we were there. The whole scene was dirty, chaotic, and almost comical if I wasn’t so tired and hungry. We will not be returning here. Too bad.
