  Please ensure your manager is properly trained. We received two Blizzards through the drive-thru and both were made incorrectly. When we called, we were told to wait for the owner for any refund or exchange, either tomorrow or in three days, and that nothing could be done in the meantime. This is not an acceptable way to handle a simple issue.

  It would be helpful if your working hours were communicated clearly. Your closing time is mentioned as 10:30 PM, but when I arrived at 10:00 PM, I was told by your employee that the shop was already closed. If you plan to close earlier, please make sure customers are informed in advance.

  Stopped by for a quick meal, ended up getting a lesson in “idiocracy” instead. Ordered a Flamethrower wrap and a mushroom burger with extra sauce. The burger tasted off, so I politely asked if I could get a fresh one. That’s when the staff member came out and confidently informed me it was “fresh” and refused to replace it. Fair enough—quality is clearly subjective here. When I asked for a refund, things got better. I was told—verbatim—that adding extra mushroom sauce caused the burger to taste “shitty.” Yes, shitty. Apparently that’s now an official culinary term at this location. Interesting choice of words to use with a paying customer. The refund process itself was just as impressive. Tax was conveniently left out until I pointed it out, which seemed to be an inconvenience. Basic math also appears to be optional here. To wrap it up, I was told “this is how I run the restaurant,” backed by 20+ years of experience. If that’s true, then the attitude, language, and service all make perfect sense. If you’re looking for food served with insults and a side of arithmetic errors, this place delivers.

  Went to purchase one of the new mint cookie dipped cones yesterday. When I tell you a small mise well be a kiddie cone. Half a scoop equivalent at best. The dip was basically see through. Obviously the guy dipped it once for a millisecond. As i was leaving the cone already had ice cream leaking out of it all over. From the middle down. Leaking faster than the Titanic. Most of my kiddie cone (xxxs) ended up down my arm and in napkins. Would never go to this DQ again. Never ever had this issue elsewhere. Very disappointing. Almost $6 for a couple of licks.
