Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes, and there was no warning that there were many other/online orders ahead of me. Then when I got the food, it was very bland, not much taste for Thai food, not worth almost $20 meal.

Smell was so bad ı could only eat one spoon literally!! Waste of money. This place seriously should be inspected! It’s not this easy to play with people’s health.

But this time when I lineup to make an order, I was waiting in front of POS about 10mins and the male staff disregarded me without any greetings or telling me to wait a bit. He was only dealing with uber drivers whole time. When finally he came to the POS, he told me it would be another 10mins to make food from now. As I was also in customer service industry, I truly understand it is exhausting and overwhelming when you have in-store orders and delivery orders at the same time, I am very disappointed with this experience and can't recommend this location anymore.

Even when I opened the box, it smeared on my hands and didn't come off very well. The stain was on the surface of the box where the food touched it. It was very unpleasant, and I felt like I had wasted $17. What are you going to do about this? You guys ruined my dinner tonight. This pad thai will go straight to the trash can. What are you going to do?
