  Its a typical Swiss Chalet, which is to say its perfect for comfort food. My favorite is rib and chicken🍗 combo and an apple pie 🥧! The servers are nice, and the atmosphere, with the sun streaming in through the windows.

  The Uber app forces you to get the white meat for the 2 for 1 special. Wish there was an option for dark meat. It’s been like this for ages

  On 1st April 2026 we went to this Swiss chalet. The restaurant closes at 9pm. We were leaving we already got out of our tables walking out and suddenly a server named “Danny” came and clapped and snapped at us and the other family who were dining and screamed at us stating the time is over restaurant is closed please leave. Please cross check with cctv cameras. By the time we came and got into the car it was 9:07. He couldn’t bare the other family for 5 mins after closing. It’s not like they are still eating they are done and ready to leave. So so rude. They are not trained on customer service at all. Manager Natalie needs to take an action on him. Food: I ordered was baked potatoes it was very dry lumps it was not fresh when asked the server if there is fresh she said it’s fresh if you want you eat or else I’ll cancel. Other order was fish and chips - chips were dry and burnt over fried. 3. Poutine- fries were same Dry and dark no salt , soggy. The sauce on it is very very little. No cheese curds. Overall our Swiss chalet experience was worst. This branch has most rude staff. This is not the first time. They lost the authenticity of the swiss chalet.

  Quality has gone way down a septic drain. Portion sizes are miniscule, but prices are still high. Food is cold and very obviously old. I used to be a fan, but I will never order from this scummy place ever again.

  Rebecca is the best! Have had her as our server a few times and she’s always very attentive, friendly and adds to the experience. The food is always top notch at this location! Its my comfort food.
