- SOSean O'Hara1 day ago1.0Worst run McDonald's in the city. I have worked in four different malls in Toronto and lived here all my life, this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of having to frequent. The staff have no coordination or idea of what's going on at any given time. The orders are made at random so you regularly end up waiting 15 minutes for your order while watching multiple multi-meal orders of people who ordered after you get served first. Half the staff are always too busy talking between themselves to have any awareness of what's going on around them. You'd be better off eating at literally any other establishment in the food court than subjecting yourself to the absolute bottom quality service and efficiency regularly shown at this location.
- DDDonQApr 1, 20262.0Not the best location. It took them a while to get self checkout machines in place, and the service can be slow. Very busy, plus McDonald's food ain't the best for people. Highly processed and tiny portions. Bad deal and makes people unhealthy. I only go if I need a drink in the summer. And even then, it is questionable despite being thirsty.
- ACAdam ChanMar 23, 20262.0It’s a McDonald’s so you generally know what you’re getting. It’s also in a busy mall so it’s super busy with nowhere to stand when you wait for your order. No line management or space so it gets messy. Most of the workers are probably high school kids so mistakes happen - saw a complete spill of a drink when passing over the counter - quick response to clean it up, but the whole situation could have been avoided. Food quality is as you’d expect from a rushed McDonald’s. Seating at this mall can be hard to find during peak dining hours. Tried the latest McDonald’s gimmick and it was not worth it.
