  Today at approximately 1:03 pm we went to grab food thru drive thru. I am disappointed that they put quotas over service. In order to meet their drive thru number of ppl they service, they had 6 cars making us wait in an wrongly parking lot, just so they can show that they are quick on service. Very disappointed that this is happening. Hope management sees this review and investigate their fraudulent doings

  I’ve complained before, but it seems nothing is taken serious enough at this place. Either they forget to give you your nuggets, party in the burger or even small such as condiments. Today we ordered two filet combos and one chicken wrap. What we got was two wraps and one filet. See pictures below. We called and the person who answered spoke no more than two words of English.. so my sorry butt has to go and make another complaint. This place is strictly only for convenience. In the past 5 years it has gone from 8-0 in no time. The staff could care less, the place is always messy. Needless to say it’s the last time

  Not very pleased with the girl who served me telling me “this is full” when I asked for and PAID FOR a medium. (mind you, I work nearby and I’m there every day, I know what a full drink looks like)

  Unfortunately I just ordered threw Doordarsh delivery and I bought the hero burger combo and it was for me and my family. But it was so disappointing how I had to find someone else's hair in the burger and I had the threw everything out. They need to check out their staff how they work and I also have seen in person they need to wear proper hairnets and finding out now that today that I found someone else's nasty hair in the food. It's stuck into the burger so disgusting and nasty not the first time like this. Health department should see how they work around food.

  The newly renovated rest.is change for the past layout, a bit relaxed, very good planning. But it becomes eerily quiet after hours and it's a bit bizarre. Service and accuracy of the order is always mediocre following the mcdonalds reputation. This is what I don't get. Rather than improve the esthetic, why don't they try and improve the service and let the customers feel they're welcome not like some intruder in your living room who sat there unannounced..
