  The personal was like turtle and for the just coffee wait like 10 min and also I ask for juts a glass of water which is the cheapest thing in Canada and they refuse it ask for money

  Today around 2 am my son bought big Mac combo from Jane and finch MacDonald , he found hair in his sandwich so I told him go again and show them , when he went there , cashier didn’t believe on him and he didn’t call manager , i need my money back and plz give proper training to your employees ,,my son wasn’t lying he threw his food , it was just a wasted of time and money .

  Driving for skip and trying to get an order standing at the delivery pick up window, politely calles out to them and no one has even acknowledged me and I've been waiting now 15 minutes.

  I place my order at the front counter I had specific instructions on what I wanted on my sandwich they messed it up as usual but Its fine, I told the worker if they can remake it I don’t know who the manager is I didn’t get her name but when I said the food was wrong she proceeded to try to correct me and say next time say that you wanted xtra toppings so I told her cant you see on the sticker I asked for that and yet it’s not on there. She didn’t even apologize for the way she spoke to me; After I waited 5 min to get my new sandwich I went back to my table whoever did dinning room threw away my large fries and my full drink of ice coffee that was barely touched I went back to the front counter and told the manager of the incident she proceeds to tell me next time don’t leave your food on the table I should bring everything with me I don’t know if she lacks basic knowledge on customer service but girl if I was to use the washroom would I bring my food with me? why are certain people managers and they lack common sense. I hope whoever the HR is you need to train your managers more better they have no class or respect and they get upset when they are the ones who messed up the order and have to remake it and aside from all that attitude they didn’t even give any complimentary for the mistake; not to say I’m a big back but at least offer. I even threw away my whole order I lost my appetite after that.
