  Staff when taking food to the table do not know where to take the food. Tables are numbered but it takes a long time to get your orders. Also staff could be friendlier.

  Very disappointing experience. The service was slow, the order was not accurate, and the overall quality was poor. Would not recommend.

  Today April 5 in the evening I ordered a medium coffee, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. First, my order was delivered with a significant delay. Second, the coffee was served in a large cup, which was confusing. If you don’t have medium-sized cups, it would be better either not to offer a medium size at all, or if you use a large cup, to fill it to the large size. Currently, when you pour a medium amount into a large cup, it gets cold quickly and affects the quality of the drink. Overall, I am not satisfied with my order, especially considering that I paid $3 for it.

  We love going to this location mainly because of the young, kind, responsible, and responsive manager here. I don’t know his name but we always go on Saturday afternoons and he is there. I hope he reads my review: thank you for being so great!

  I ordered a ranch snack wrap with extra ranch sauce and bacon, as a combo with a poutine and extra gravy. The wrap was dry, and the poutine didn't have extra gravy or cheese. I went to the counter and told the employee. He threw it out, and had it re made. There was extra cheese curds, but no extra gravy. They act like adding extra ia coming out of THEIR OWN pay cheque, when Im the one who PAID EXTRA just to not get extra. It was also full of kids who just got off school, talking laughing and dicking around. I recommend you go to another location 👎🏼
