  Why don’t employees with long hair wear hair nets? Or put their hair in a bun in their cap. Instead the female employees have their hair out dangling when handling food.

  how do u always forget to put mayo on the chicken sandwiches come on??? Its so simple! Ugh. One simple but vital thing. Without it its inedible. Also not even a busy time, 4 am, how busy can you guys be to miss the most important thing like a SAUCE

  Went through the drive through last night and the worker was so rude. It was around 3 am. You need to train your staff. It was a Filipino lady. I heard her speaking in Tagalog to her manager and she didn’t even correct her. That manager needs training too.

  This is honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Waiting 20–25 minutes here seems to be the norm. They remove your order number from the screen as if it’s ready, but when you go to check, it’s still not prepared. The process feels completely chaotic — orders are not made in sequence, but randomly. They might start part of one order, then switch to another, then come back again. The display system doesn’t seem to work properly, the place is messy, and there’s no sense of urgency from the staff at all. Drive-thru clearly has priority, and if you’re ordering inside, you’re basically stuck waiting with no visibility or control over what’s happening. What’s even more disappointing is that no one apologizes or acknowledges the delay. In other countries, at least you might get some kind of compensation or gesture — here, nothing. I’m writing this while still waiting for my order after 25 minutes, with no idea how much longer it will take. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  I went into this place with my mother and we ordered some foods, when I got over to the drink fountain to get our drinks, the drinks were completely flat and watery. So, I told the lady who looked to be an assistant manager that the drinks were flat. She, I kid you not, grabbed no cups to sample the drinks to see if I was telling the truth, she just went over to the drink fountain, pressed the button and told me the drinks were as "intended" and it was mixing with the syrup....WHAT? You never sampled it! And turns out this is an ongoing issue in this location as a whole...And good god, why are the staff blaring music in the kitchen?! It is so LOUD! It was so unprofessional.
