  I always go to drive thru at this location. Further from the McDonald's nearest to me. But I make the little extra drive for better service at this location. Not only do they give me the right orders, their amazing respectful, happy attitude is what keeps me coming back to this location! Shout out to the warm welcoming smiles, and the respectful "how are you doing this lovely day" to the ladies working the drive thru morning shifts at 10 am today! Sorry I didn't catch your names , but you know who you are . Thank you for making my day today ! And it's not just today , but on other days I have received the same type of kind service here! Best McDonald's service in Toronto! May God Bless each one of you 🙏❤️

  Pulled up and was ignored by the worker taking orders for about 6-7 minutes while they helped the other lane clear 3 other customers that pulled up after me. Then proceeded to ask me to wait to give them my 4 digit online order code, the easiest order for them to even handle over the speaker. Still gave me attitude at the window. I won’t be wasting my time coming back to this location.

  Drive through order wrong (4 nuggets in a 6 pack) and the old "pull forward so we can forget about you" I waited 12 min before I went back in to see my order sitting while staff were chatting. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for my now cold food. McDs you're too expensive now to pull this. For this money I'll go to a legit restaurant and not be forgotten

  Approx 6:30 am in Drive thru. Asked for a NO MEAT BLT and an extra hashbrown. Usually around that time ppl have to get to work. They gave me a BLT with meat after telling them 3 times and making sure with the cashier as well. She said "they know" You know nobody is expecting grand service from McDonald's. The least expectation is literally the correct order. I had to go in there, they're all obviously blaming each other. I come back and check, and there's no extra hashbrown. The incompetency is baffling

  I am so disappointed with the service I got.I had Just finished my long 12 hour shift 😫 and decided to boost my energy by ordering a small meal.I ordered a medium size fries and six nuggets ,I specifically requested "no salt" Upon receipt of the order the salt was so evident with grains falling off.I returned to the window and explained the situation. The cashier took back the order ,had me waited ,another staff returned with the supposedly fresh fries unsalted,to my amazement and disappointment the fries were the same ones soaked in salt.I was already on the Hwy and could not turn around. To my knowledge and understanding there should be a fresh batch made without 🧂, although in the same oil probably, but there should be a difference in taste.I had to through them in the garbage 🗑 upon reaching home.I could not even given it to my dog ,Vet bills are very expensive she would be sick from it. Please respect customers request ,money does not grow on tree. You are there to perform good customer service and serve satisfactory meals.
