  I visited the Lindt Chocolate store yesterday and had such a lovely experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which made browsing the store really enjoyable. A special thank you to Violeta — she was especially kind, patient, and went above and beyond to answer questions and make recommendations. You can tell the team truly cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
