  To the fanachise of this kfc and taco bell. I know you have spent alot of money investing in this restaurant, and I want you to do well. To that you need to train your staff more about keeping your dinning room clean. And quicker service.I always come here once a week through drive thru. Never a problem with my order . But today me and my partner decided to eat in the dinning room. We placed our order and waited a long time. We where looking for a clean table but didn't find any. So my partner went to ask for a cloth to clean our table. She was given two wet naps to clean the table . Instead of them coming out to clean the table. The floors where all dirty with napkins and cheese and chicken bones . This is sad to see considering all the money and effort that went into making your restaurant look great with the new renovations...I hope your staff will help you reach your goal in a great restaurant, by improving cleanliness , time management and customer service

  A had a very bad experience. Service here is ultra slow. It took our order 30mins before it is serve. When I'm in front of the counter to follow up my order they are ignoring me. Dining area is so filthy.

  i have been going to this location for about one year or more.My food is always fresh and hot. The staff at this kfc is top notch. thank you guys. i love coming here. Food sometimes takes a little longer to get ready but you can count on it because it will be made fresh and be hot.

  I honesty always come to this kfc/taco bell when I need to get my car fixed across the street. And always have such a great experience. Today especially, i came in at about 2:15 and the lady that helped was so nice. I just got a great positive energy from her! Always getting the two chicken breasts here, best protein available! 🙏🏼thank you for your wonderful customer service here! Keep the Chicken breast nice and promote it more! We need more chicken breast deals for us gym guys.

  I ordered my 18 piece combo. I paid for my combo. Then I was told that they only had 13 pieces and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for the rest of my order or substitute 5 pieces for hot pieces of chicken. The server walked away. We decided to take the 5 hot pieces as a substitute 30 seconds after she walked away and was told that the 13 pieces were given away in the drive thru. What a joke! I come in for lunch time and they don't have any chicken. They were still taking orders for customers after me without informing them that they had no chicken. So much for fast food if there isn't any food at the busy lunch time. I will never be back!
