  I went to get a quick lunch on my break , placed my order on the website and picked it. I wish i didn’t. I immediately put it in the garage after I had two bites . There wasn’t a single thing eatable in this meal. Bread was expired for sure , as a I try to take a bite it fall apart , also it didn’t look good. They put cold old chicken on the sandwich. The chicken popcorn was basically rubber. How is this possible? They need to call the health department immediately. How can you serve expired bread?

  I just wanna share my experience. The cashier was great but when she offered me my drink, the drink tasted really off. The manager was right behind the register and I asked her can I get a can she goes? That’s only for delivery with total attitude then they tried giving me different drinks from the fountain. They all tasted really often. Super sweet. I said can I get a bottle of water? She said no what kind of service is this KFC and how rude is the manager not saying apology not saying sorry someone needs to fix that issue.

  I’m really disappointed with KFC’s response. I was trying to get a simple cup of ice for my child today,who is special needs kids.I even offered to pay for a drink or a combo, but they told me they don’t serve items like that. I don’t understand how difficult it would be to provide a cup of ice from the kitchen. It felt very dismissive and lacking in compassion.
