- ACAllen Chen5 days ago3.0I’ve been here multiple times and just recently, it has become extremely terrible in service. The food itself is generally good such as the Big Harv Original and Angus that I typically order. HOWEVER, just recently when I went to pick up an order in the drive thru, there was 2 cars in front and it took over 20 minutes. I brushed it off because the order was probably big, but when I collected my order (Big Harv Original combo with fries and a drink), it was missing my fries. How do you forget that, it’s 3 things? Second, we replaced an order the day after 15 minutes before we arrived and this time we decided to walk in to collect. Like the app said, we were exactly on time to collect. But yet again, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get everything. Terrible service and time management. If you’re going to lie about when the food is done, just say the actual time on the app.

Fantastic customer service as they reached out to me after filling out the survey on the receipt. They made the situation correct and the burger was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Went in today feeling hungry for poutine and so ordered the large , once received open the box and it was literally HALF of the portion in fact if I ordered a regular size it might be more and I had to ask for condiments???!!! It was like I interrupted her busy day , and tijs was at 11 when very few customers were inside !Very sad when pay almost $10 and get nothing !!!!

I would not recommend this place if you like getting what you ordered.
