  While the employee was preparing my burger he was wiping his face with his hands. Then he was touching my burger. If I didn't say anything to him about that he would've continued preparing my burger. How unsanitary that was. I will never go back.

  The burger quality of five Guys is great as usual. we had hamburgers. They have options of having as many toppings as we want the topping off onions and mushrooms is very good. Their meat is also very good. They also have great options and having milkshake. We tried strawberry milkshake, which tasted fresh. I would recommend this for a quick stop and grabbing a nice burger. If anyone wants to have a burger and a shake, they have great fries. Also also they give free peanuts. This five guys is located on a busy street so you may not find parking and we need to park in nearby streets

  Five Guys are definitely tops in the burger business. Really fresh and delicious. Excellent fries. Overall, great food and great experience.

  It had been a while since I had walked into a five guys but was near this location this week and made the mistake of walking in. Firat the prices…13 dollars for a cheeseburger, seriously guys….you can get a whole combo for less than that at Hero Burger up the street. Despite only being one person in line in front of me, the staff was extremely slow. It seemed there was one person working the counter and one working the grill. The restaurant itself dark and dreary and cold. Nothing good about this experience whatsoever., Waited in line for almost 5 minutes and still didn’t place my order so I walked out. Wouldn’t go back.

  First time at this location. Parked in front and decided to order ahead online so I can grab and go without being towed. Lots of other cars lined up so it wasn't just me. Ordered on their website and got texts to a link to say that I'm here to pick up. Gave me a time of pickup. I showed up a bit earlier just in case. As I walked in, there was a huge crowd by the pickup area, at least about 25 to 30 people. So already I'm not getting a good vibe about my $45 burger order. The guy at the counter was busy on the phone with another customer looking for an order. People all walking out of line behind me just sticking out their phones in front of me.. just being overall rude. When they finally get to talk to the guy at the counter, my pickup time was already well passed. The guy tells me that they're still working on 5:00 orders, but I told him that doesn't make sense because I was told to pick up from your live app for 629 and at 6:40 right now. Tells me it won't be at least another hour. Told him that's crazy. Is there a way that I can just cancel my order? He looks for my receipt and then tells me that he will leave it with the stack on his manager's desk. That it will take 4 to 5 days for me to get the refund. I asked him how do I know that that's even going to happen? Are you going to give me anything to prove that. He says no. Unfortunately you can just take a picture of the receipt. Which basically means nothing because I have the mobile receipt. Don't know what it was. There's lots of people working in the back whether they just didn't expect for the dinner, rush to hit or whatever the deal was. Restaurant was full so they must have expected something. But the lineup for the pickups was ridiculous. I left pretty angry of all the rude people that are in there which is not their fault, but I was definitely disappointed with the information on the app setting the expectation for failure right off the bat. Now I can only hope that they get the full refund that they said they would give me 4 or 5 days from now and if they don't I know they'll have a lot of problems trying to explain why they should refund it that I did not pick up. Terrible experience. Their rating got a little bit higher and I gave them a three for food because they never got a taste in the first place and I want to be as Fair as possible. Everything else terrible.
