I would like to share that the wings were poorly cooked: some were almost raw, others had skin that was extremely hard, and they had no flavor at all. The fries were also inconsistent some were burned, others were soaked in too much oil. On top of that, I don’t know what seasoning they use, but it tastes sweet and unpleasant. I called the store and they did not offer any immediate solution. At first, they tried to excuse themselves by saying they couldn’t find my order because they were looking for it by order number instead of user number, and they didn’t seem interested in properly investigating what was going on. Later, they told me that the manager was not available today. Today is Saturday, January 3rd, and they only gave me an email address to submit my complaint and see what kind of solution might be offered. The issue is that this was a meal we were waiting to eat, so at that moment there was nothing else I could do and no solution was provided. I do not recommend this location, I do not recommend their customer service, and I don’t understand why it has such a high rating on Google, because my experience was far from good.

- BWBraedan WarrenDec 14, 20251.0We are from London and we’re in Toronto for Christmas and have never had wing stop before and we were super excited to try the ranch it’s basically the only reason we went so we ended up ordering 8 extras just incase we loved it and it was $16 we got home to London open the bag and we didn’t receive any ranch not even the 3 that came with the combos so thanks wing stop for stealing my money! It should not be my job to make sure I received what I paid for! Not to mention it was also a 25 min wait
