  This was my first time trying Wingstop and what a great decision it was driving to this location. I’d like to give a special mention to Faysal who took my order and walked me through the menu. He really went the extra mile in ensuring I knew all about the flavours and telling me about the spice levels, and just an all round pleasant cheerful person. The restaurant is ran like a well oiled machine, a staff member is always tidying tables and ensuring the guests are okay. The food speaks for itself, delicious and very very flavourful! Not only will I be coming back to Wingstop but I’ve been converted to an advocate of the brand. 10/10 well done for going to extra mile.

  I would not recommend ordering from here if you want to eat within an hour of placing your order. This Wingstop location lacks the ability to complete orders on time, and struggles with order accuracy. My family and I have come to enjoy the quality of the food (guilty pleasure), but there are major red flags that will prevent us from eating/ordering from this location in the future. The last 2 times we ordered from here, our order was deeply behind schedule. The last order for in-person pickup was 30 minutes late, even after scheduling pickup more than an hour in advance (that's 1.5 hours for an order). The staff lack the ability to manage and juggle order fulfillment between online/Uber/Doordash orders vs in-house orders, and there's little to no bedside manner when addressing the room full of customers who are waiting for their delayed order. The third strike now is receiving our order with half of the order missing from the bag, including fries and sides. Sometimes food quality and great service are worth the inconvenience of a late order or mistake now and then, but this isn't a mom and pop shop, and a chain of this size has no excuse being this bad at running a business. Go elsewhere for your wings, like one of the other companies slinging wings that will demonstrate appreciation for your business.

  We had a great experience at this restaurant. Their wings were surprisingly delicious and the price was unbelievably low for the quality you get. If you’re a wing lover, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

  Honestly, these wings have no taste even with sauce on them. Wings taste like they were never marinated. The wings look great for pics but that about it. This franchise will not last long if they don't do something about the taste

  I recently visited Wingstop Yonge location and had an excellent experience. The wings were absolutely amazing - perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served hot. You can tell they take pride in their food quality. The restaurant itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when dining out. The overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. I’m definitely coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone craving great wings.
