We have been to many locations of Swiss Chalet in Toronto but we think that the food at your Bayview & Cummer location is the tastiest. We also think that the manager, Natalie, does a really good job. Our only negative comment is that we think that that the restaurant needs a facelift.

The waitress responded by saying she was busy and that my daughter should get them herself. While saying this, she rolled her eyes and shook her head. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially when speaking to a child. We were surprised by the attitude and expected a more courteous response.

The ceiling was really dirty and restaurant not updated from us eating there 10 years ago. There was flies in the booth that would not leave. The worst part was there was a hair in my husband's rack of ribs. Pretty disgusting. They offered not to charge for his meal and offered him a replacement meal/dessert at no cost. Seriously, who would want to eat anything there after that experience. Our entire meal should not have been charged for. Disgusting experience.
