  Shantae was there a server and she did a great job of making us feel welcome there was a usual server that we selected we go here cause she always takes great care of us and Shantae has definitely been added to that list. Thank you for a great night and a happy birthday. Oh Lord Lord, that’s crazy

  I was happy with Florence the server today, she brought the fresh quarter chicken dinner, water and the finger bowl without asking her, I was served by her before and she remembered me and sat me where I usually sit if it's not occupied. It's makes good dinner when the service is as good.

  Thursday afternoon is the perfect time to stop at Swiss Chalet. As someone who is an introvert, there was not too many people there and it wasn’t loud. I was placed in a nice little single booth near a wall so no one was really around. The waiters name was Anton and I found his services to be fantastic. I didn’t wait long before he came and took my order, the food came out quite fast, he handed me extra napkins without me asking for them, and didn’t check on me too often so I could enjoy my food in peace. He was also very friendly and I can say that whoever goes here, I hope you get him too. The only complaint is that my seat was a little dirty so I had to clean it, besides that I had a really good time and I would happily go back!!

  Our Host seated us perfectly. Our Server Basirat was fantastic with us this evening! Drinks and food came on time, Thanks to the kitchen staff! Basirat was very caring in making sure our meals were fine and supplied anything with asked for. The food quality was excellent! The Manager also came to check on us, I didn't catch his name but he was also very polite and great! Will be back in the future, thank you!

  I’ve ordered from this restaurant so many times in the past. 45 minutes wait for take out is totally unacceptable. Customers who order behind me was getting their orders before me. When I went to go ask about my order, right away he came out with it. When I get home the food is like warm at best. My feeling is that my order was just sitting there forgotten and getting cold. I guess the restaurant thinks I like cold mushy fries. They can’t even pack the orders correctly, ordered the family pack with three fries and coleslaw. I get home and there’s no coleslaw! What am I supposed to do I paid for it, drive all the way back to the store to just to get my coleslaw? Look at the picture, coleslaw not packed from the checklist. Tonight was totally unacceptable, you’ve been in business for over 50 years and still can’t get the orders out on time and correctly? Thank you Swiss Chalet for wasting my money, ruining my lukewarm dinner and ruining my Friday night dinner.
