  Absolutely amazing experience at the Swiss Chalet on Wilson! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious — exactly what you hope for and more. Portions were generous, flavors were spot on, and everything came out quickly and beautifully presented. The service truly made the experience exceptional. Anton was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. You can really tell when someone loves what they do, and it made such a difference. This location is consistently fantastic, but this visit went above and beyond. Highly recommend this Swiss Chalet to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back again soon!✨👏🍗

  Came in as a family of 4 and we had Peggy as a server. She was awesome! Very excellent service! She was quick, informative and accommodating! Her section and the restaurant in general was very clean. Food is awesome! I'm so happy Swiss chalet still and always has, had that classic flavor. Tuesday has 2 can dine for 19.99! Great deal.

  Absolutely amazing service! Our waitress Ly at the Swiss Chalet at Keele & Wilson was beyond wonderful — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from the moment we sat down. Ly made us feel truly cared for and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her positive energy, patience, and professionalism truly stood out and made our entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Service like hers is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Ly, for such an outstanding experience — we will definitely be back!

  I always drove by this place but never went in. So glad we decided to pop in during the holidays! I had a fantastic experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to our server, Ly. She was incredibly personable and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. I really appreciated how she offered thoughtful options to accommodate me — it made the whole experience feel effortless. We started with the loaded perogies which were super loaded, crispy on the outside and so warm on the inside. Four cheese spinach dip that was exceptional and stayed warm throughout the meal for us come back to. Full rack of ribs meal was amazing with the bbq sauce, it hit the spot for my ribs craving and had such a great smoky smell! Our side was loaded fries and boy was it LOADED! What stood out even more was watching her interact with the other tables. Ly served everyone with the same bright smile and attentive energy, making sure each guest was having a wonderful time. Seeing that level of consistency and warmth added so much to my own visit. She’s truly a standout, and her service made the meal memorable. All the staff were so wonderful and friendly and the atmosphere was so festive and warm, we will definitely be putting this on our regular places to visit and coming back every year for the holidays!

  For a chicken place, you have the worst chicken wings I've ever had. Wings were chewy, rubbery and slimy and more than likely pre-cooked and frozen. The sauce was even void of any flavour at all. I ate three and was so disgusted. Rianna apologized and offered a replacement but by then I was so disgusted by the Pinty's quality garbage wings I just wanted out of there. Your wings need to come with a warning that they are a heavily processed prisoner-grade food product and the sauce is made in Japan. Nothing fresh about any part of this dish. 🤮 I like the service at this restaurant and it's not their fault corporate makes them sell this frozen garbage.
