I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Amish! He made my chicken teriyaki wrap exactly the way I wanted — fresh, well-balanced, and super delicious. He was polite, quick, and paid attention to every detail, from the perfect amount of sauce to the way he wrapped it neatly.

Giann was great. Very personable, got my sandwich correct (most people don't immediately, I can be picky with amounts), and even when no customers were ordering, he was working hard cleaning and restocking. Great job!

Our service was provided by sneha. The sub here is fresh. She made our sub with love. The way she is treating her customers is great . Its good to see most of the reviews in google is named Sneha. Anyways i understand now the reason for it. Such a lovely person. Will be back for sure. Also she informed about caters hoping to place one later when needed but surely just from this branch because u guys sell the best subs

From: Nov 6/25 - 1 STAR: Service and Atmosphere. 5 STAR: Food
I recently reviewed another Subway location and this is the result of my decision to order through the app at a different location. Because the Subway I went to would not load my VIP member specials through the app, I selected this location as it allowed me to load my offers. I placed my order and was told that it would be ready for pickup approximately 25 minutes after I ordered. When I got to the store there was only one young male staff member on duty, Giann and 4-6 people waiting. The sound of non-stop incoming online orders could be heard via a very annoying buzzer sound which continuously filled the air from behind the cash and did not stop until Giann silenced it after purposely trying to ignore it while he attempted to manage everything on his own. When I arrived to pick up my order Giann told me I would have to wait a little bit as there were already walk-in customers there. No problem. So I waited, and waited, and waited, only to witness three other walk-in customers get prioritized before my order was even prepared! My patience had grown thin so I walked up to the counter and told Giann not to proceed with any other walk-in or app orders until my order was made as I had now been waiting a total of almost 40 minutes since placing my order online and waiting in the store. I even got into a little spat with an older walk-in customer who said he was ahead of me, but clearly walked in well after my online order was placed and after I had already been waiting in the store for 15+min. I finally got my two subs and ate them there with my son who had been waiting with me the whole time. The man who argued with me finally had his steak and cheese sub started by Giann who put it in the oven, took it out, and then left it out on the counter while multitasking more online orders, even switching gears in between everything to bake bread! By the time Giann was able to get back to prepping the older man's sub, the older man said "it's cold now" and then said it again to reiterate that his sandwich was sitting on the counter for too long. I watched Giann take a deep sigh, wrap up the older man's steak and cheese sandwich, put it in the fridge and make another fresh one. All the while, more walk-ins arrived and more online orders could be heard coming in. I don't think it's right that this poor guy (who I will give credit to, as overwhelmed as he was, juggled a lot, stayed composed, took several deep disconcerting sighs between sub orders while his job pulled him like a yo-yo in different directions), was the only staff member on duty at this very busy location. If I was the franchise owner, I would think twice about the level of service being provided to the public as this was by far the longest wait and worst in-store experience I've ever had at a Subway location proving that digital is not always better and that there is no convenient way to efficiently get things anymore unless there are enough actual staff on hand to do the work and accommodate the influx of traffic created by the suits at the top where their bottom line should be customer service above volume and profits. At least the food didn't leave a bad taste in mouth like the experience did.
Nov 13/25: Update to my review: 5 STAR: Food, Service & Atmosphere.
Today I called ahead to make sure Giann wasn't the only staff member working. A female answered and said "not to worry, there's 2 staff here until 8pm" (in fact, she stayed past 8pm to help Giann as he got busy). She took my name and assured me my order would be made promptly. I placed my mobile order at 7:20pm (ready for 7:45pm) and made my way to the store. When I got there not only was my order ready but I was also compensated with a free box of cookies for my previous experience. This was the level of service I expected. I very much appreciated the reply from the owner who owned up to the collective errors endured at the time and the efforts to rectify the situation immediately which I can now say was done perfectly! Thank you!
