  I'm so disappointed in their customer service they don't even deserve 1 star.. they were not willing to help me with my concern and would not replace the pizza that fell due to improper boxing. They offered to make a new one at $1 off. That's ridiculous and if it were pizza pizza they would have helped in a heart beat. I've learned my lesson and never again. I highly DONT recommend. Stay away!

  My experience was below expectations! I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings including beef and Philly steak, but the staff clearly forgot to add the steak and added only beef. When reaching out for their mistake they absolutely denied, and said the STEAK IS COVERED WITH CHEESE!! Super disappointing.

  This could be a great location, if it had a new crew. The three guys walking around were useless, and only the young lady was helpful. Check this out…. - the pricing is wrong! ALL their advertised pricing is the “old menu”. They charge 15-25% more than what’s promoted and actually written in the signs in their own store! Seems more a scam by the employees. - there is NO HYGIENE in this location. No one washes their dirty hands or even cares about wearing gloves or a hair net, which is gross considering they walk around on their cell phones and touching keyboards and telephones, then directly handle food. Yuck!!! - there is no professionalism here. They messed up my order and instead of looking at me and apologizing, the guy who forgot my order started talking in Hindi to the others and they chuckled and giggled before he finally told me to wait another 5 minutes. NO APOLOGY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. It is so rude to talk in a foreign language about customers right in front of them. Please get some kind of basic customer service training!!!! As I stood waiting for the rest of my order, I watched a guy walk in from the back, handle a pizza from the oven to put it in a box, cut said pizza, and put a pepper in the box. Then he put it in a bag and walked out. Turns out this is the delivery driver!!! WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! Why is the driver (with unwashed hands) directly handling food with his dirty bare hands????? That’s disgusting, and must be against company policy, or government regulations. Again, YUCK!!! The 2L soft drink bottle is priced at $3.45 (which is already high enough) but they charge $4.85!!!! When asked why, they giggle and say their advertised menu is the “old menu”! This location is dirty, dishonest, and generally unprofessional. I’ve never felt so disgusted by a PapaJohns franchise. This location really needs to be reevaluated and their franchise license revoked!

  Probably worst pizza I ever had - such a rip off. The Jack-o-lantern shape is crooked and has NOT EVEN HALF of the pepperonis from the picture. The food was cold, yet the bottom and edges of the pepperoni were burned to black. The cheese had a funky aftertaste, probably not the freshest. Worst papa John’s ever.

  I ordered pizzas a few days ago, but they had an insufficient amount of toppings. They were supposed to be extra cheese pizzas with veggie toppings, but instead of extra cheese, there was hardly any cheese at all. This was definitely my last time ordering from this place. The staff seem completely unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to customers. Very poor customer service and an overall disappointing experience. Especially, the lady (I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not) made one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.
