  Response to the owner. l contacted the store as advised and was directed to speak with Max, who was initially identified to me as the owner. The next day, when I called back, I was told that Max was not available and that I should call again the following day, which I did. During that follow-up conversation, I was informed that he was not the owner, creating further confusion and frustration. I made a sincere effort to follow the appropriate process to address my concerns; however, the lack of clarity and absence of a meaningful response left the issue unresolved. In my view, this reflects shortcomings in how customer concerns are managed at the store level. Posting generic responses without ensuring accurate communication or proper follow-up is disappointing. Overall, this experience has fallen far short of reasonable expectations for customer service and accountability. Absolutely unacceptable experience at Mr. Sub on Victoria Park today. I ordered three subs, and the service was terrible from the start. The employee was scrunching the bottom of the lettuce container trying to get a tiny amount instead of opening a new bag. I actually had to ask him to open a fresh bag, which is completely unacceptable and showed a lack of care. On top of that, two of the buns were burnt, and the whole-wheat bread was stale. The food quality and service were both far below what anyone should expect. The only reason I didn’t go back to complain in person was because I was already at the other end of the city, and with the bad weather, I didn’t feel like driving back. That said, based on this experience, I will never return to this location and will definitely be warning family and friends to avoid it.

  I buy from here quite often and the sub quality is quite consistent. The staff corrected a mistake in my order immediately when I noticed.
