  I’ve been coming to this Montana’s location for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best dining experiences I consistently have. A couple of years ago, I had an issue with a takeout order, and ever since then, the General Manager, Nessa Honoridez, completely turned that experience around. The way she handled the situation with care and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. Because of that, I kept coming back — and I’m really glad I did. This location stands out not just because of the food (which is always great), but because of the service. You can genuinely feel that Nessa has built a strong team culture here. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and it’s clear they’ve been trained to deliver a high level of customer experience. I visited again yesterday and had such a great time thanks to Nessa and her team. Experiences like this are the reason I choose this location over any other. Highly recommend this location!

  Manager charge us extra money when it was Special Thursday 25% discount and didn't care and on top said there is nothing he can do, no even an apology or gift card with the extra money he took from us. Stay away from this place, they will stole our money.

  Had a wonderful experience at Montabas thanks to Arya. The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Arya was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way Arya does. Thank you for the excellent service ,we’ll definitely be coming back

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I specifically asked for my meal with no cheese due to a food allergy, yet it was served to me with cheese anyway. After taking a bite and tasting it, I immediately informed the waiter. While he said he would correct it, the replacement took an extremely long time. Since accidentally ingesting the cheese, I have unfortunately not been feeling well. I experienced hives and stomach pain (my usual dairy reaction) and required medication. This makes the allergy oversight especially concerning given that my allergy was clearly communicated. In the meantime, I was left with just the fries from my original plate. I asked the waiter for ketchup so I could at least eat my fries while waiting, but it never came. I had to ask two other waiters, and by the time I finally got ketchup, my fries were cold and no longer enjoyable. When my replacement sandwich finally arrived, it was after I had already finished the fries. To make matters worse, the salad I ordered was forgotten entirely. I had to ask 2–3 times before it was finally brought out — at the very end of the meal when guests were already preparing to leave. I felt embarrassed being the last one eating and had to rush through my food. They also forgot another guest fries. He didn’t even bother reminding them because the service was already so slow and he was getting full waiting. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. There was no sincere apology, no sense of urgency about a food allergy mistake, and no offer to make things right (such as a discount). Unfortunately, this experience showed poor attention to allergies, very slow service, and lack of basic customer care. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  We absolutely loved this place! Everything was great from start to finish. Our server Jevon took care of us for the second time — and he actually recognized us months after our previous visit, which was such a nice touch. Amazing service both times! The food was delicious. The spinach dip is the best — seriously a must-order. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked, and the cocktails were also very tasty. We enjoyed it so much that we came back about a week later for the Thursday special I forgot to take pictures, but the meat plate was great. The only small downside for us is the wings — we love wings but we always prefer another place for wings. But that’s honestly the only reason I’m not giving 5+ stars. We will definitely be back again!
