  Un lugar estupendo, muy agradable, no te molestan, excelente servicio de Aria !! Gran tipo ! Súper recomiendo este lugar para una buena comida y pasar un excelente tiempo. Aria was out server and this guy is amazing, great level service, friendly and always happy, smiling, food was great Striploin 12 Oz. Meet and exceeded my expectations, tasty, juicy and tender, perfect term, actually all food, shareables and sides were Delicious and we got there with no reservation and it took 5 minutes to be accommodated. Very good place and reasonable prices.

  Dinner for four tonight at Montana's, Dufferin and Steeles in North York. Three orders arrived, fourth arrived around 10 minutes later cold and was sent back. In the meantime, hot sauce was asked for which took another 19 minutes from a totally different server as the original table server was no where to be found. Meal that was originally sent back arrived 15 minutes later and was the same meal, not a fresh hot one. After dinner coffee was ordered which took many more minutes to arrive. 3 birthdays were celebrated. A cookie with a tiny scoop of ice-cream was given to the 3 Birthdays. What would have been nice if a 4th small cookie was given to the fourth person at the table, good public relations maybe? Food was good though. This reviewer attributes the visit to poor management and no knowledge of customer relations, perhaps because staff was young, inexperienced with no leadership.

  Montana’s was absolutely packed today with the CAA ribs special — customers were anxious and the place was buzzing. Despite the chaos, Ariaz was incredibly kind and attentive, recommending the beef nachos (a perfect choice!) and checking in on us often even with a full section. The front hosts Laura, Jaelyn, and Nick managed the busy crowd with such patience and grace, keeping things organized and customers calm. We truly appreciated how warm, friendly, and professional everyone was — they made a hectic day feel pleasant. Would of given 10 stars, but Google caps it at 5. Attached is that I drew on the table.

  Tonight there was a CAA promotion and the restaurant was very crowded. Had a reservation for two for 6:30 and got seated shortly after that time, as all tables were full. The manager was running around clearing tables, seating people, cashing people out and she was so lovely and friendly. She is going to have to soak her feet tonight when she gets home. Our smiling waitress came promptly to take our order and then so did our food. I was surprised the food came so quickly because the restaurant had so many people to serve. (To all the people cooking in the kitchen-THANK YOU.) We got two beers, one rib sampler and one two piece fish and baked potato dinner. Both dinners were excellent. My husband really enjoyed his fish and potato and my rib sampler was really good too. The ribs were tender with lots of meat and the sauce was yummy. Although it was an extremely busy night it seemed that all the staff I saw were in good spirits and getting the job done well. Thanks Montana's, we enjoyed ourselves tonight.

  I called to inquire about an ongoing promotion, I was quickly told that they were not accepting questions about that offer and then hung up without letting me get a word in. Absolutely disrespectful behaviour by the host who picked up the phone. I called another Montana’s location and they answered it quickly and respectfully. Whoever was on the phone around 6:25 PM Jan 8 should be fired. Also had to call twice to get an answer would not recommend going here.
