  Avoid using points for mobile orders here. There is a major glitch where redemption orders don't show up on the App’s home screen. The staff at this location refused to provide my coffee because they couldn't find the order, even though I had the email receipt and Order #HB88. I was stuck for 10 minutes unable to re-order or get my drink. Terrible integration between the App and the kitchen system. My 2000 points were taken for nothing.

  Stopped for a rest stop. The bathrooms were disgusting, there was no soap in the men's, and no tp in the ladies. The person behind the counter showed zero intrest in our concern. Decided to not get coffee.

  I dont normally complain...but I disappointed for the last time. This location is rushed, and the drive-through pushes your product through and more often than not. somethings missing whether it's a condiment or in this case a sandwich in itself. The whole point of going through a drive-through is to speed up the process, but to have your order inaccurate or missing products that you actually have to return and are unable to return hence why you went through the drive-through in the first place is unacceptable. The receipt was missing from my bag. A sandwich was missing from my bag that was confirmed by the first window that took my money via a credit card. Very angry, very disappointed and very unsatisfied for the last time.

  Customer service is terrible. I ordered a latte online and when I arrived they said their machine was broken and offered me to either get something else or receive store credit! This is all after I waited in my car for 20 minutes. This store delivers you the lowest quality of fast-food but painfully slow. Unfortunately this is the only Mc Donald store close by and everytime I go there I regret it.

  This was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Multiple self service kiosks don’t work, the food takes too long to prepare, and the whole building has a grungy and filthy atmosphere. Despite there only being two other people in line, it somehow took over 30 minutes for them to prepare a single meal. Additionally, the ketchup dispenser is always broken, the soft drink machine is out of ice half the time, and there are no lids or tissues. 0/5
