  I don’t frequent KFC but when I do this was my go to after today NEVER AGAIN!! I always looked over the missing items but tonight I couldn’t look over the lack of service. The afternoon manager/ supervisor was quite rude and lacked professionalism when dealing with customers. I used to question why people don’t give grace to fast food workers but today I saw why I’m just glad I never went down to her level.

  Missing items and low quality seem to be a recurring issue at this location. My order was incomplete - popcorn chicken & gravy missing, and only 3 out of 4 Cinnabon rolls received. When this keeps happening to multiple customers, it’s no longer a mistake. People are paying for food they aren’t receiving. That’s not acceptable.

  Very poor service at the drive-thru. We were not informed about extra charges, even though we ordered a combo, which should include everything. When we asked what the additional charge was for, the employee said “you ordered 2 onion rings.” We said that was fine, but the issue is why we were not informed about this in advance. Instead of explaining, she started interrupting us, was rude, and didn’t let us finish speaking. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If you want to ruin your evening and mood, this is the place to go. We will not be coming back. Thank you.

  Hello my fellow Kfc eaters if you ever think about comming to this location don’t. the workers are so rude the food is always missing something they either forget a peice or they forget the whole order example i ordered 3 boxes of the 4 peice chicken and asked 2 boxes spicy 1 mild we got 3 mild but thats not the issue when i told them what happened they were like no sir you ordered all mild. They did not bother to check the receipt and started acting rude i was like why are u talking this way its so rude and they kept taking like that i was like i don’t wanna eat anymore gave them every single box every dipping sauce for a refund . This is what happened only this time if i have reviewed every single time i had a problem with this location it will have 1 star max the workers over there think they own the place .
