- LWLion WalkerFeb 23, 20261.0Worse customer service ever, ordered food through their app, very argumentative SriLankan driver wouldn't come upstair to my drop the food to my door as advised , so I had to leave my little girl inattentive to pick up my food from the lobby, then some Filipino lady called and instead of talking to her driver she started arguing with me. And omg the price of the little kfc sandwiches are insane 12 bucks a sandwich plus tax, im dun with kfc altogether 😡

On Sundays like this or we can say weekends, enough staff should me allocated on this store considering the crowd that is expected, again as it's weekend, Sunday like this. We've waited for our order for almost an hour. The queue is massive including Uber that are in waiting as well.
