I understand that restaurants must close, but the aggressive and unprofessional manner in which one female staff member rushed us out was ridiculous. She focused entirely on our table, despite there being other customers still seated and eating, which made us feel singled out. She approached us repeatedly with inconsistent and unnecessary warnings.

But this location, every time I visit, the female cashiers and the staffs making and handing out the burgers are so rude that I actually get nervous about going haha.. This was my third visit, and the reason I didn’t leave a review before is because I thought it might have just been a coincidence — but clearly it’s not. It honestly feels like that’s how they’re trained, so I’m finally leaving a review because I don’t plan to come back anymore! :) The staff never smile, don’t say hi and bye (of course..), and when they talk, their tone is super short and their voices are so low I can barely hear them. (fyi, I’m a woman in my 20s lol.) When I ask them to repeat, they sound annoyed — and it’s every single time.. Anyway, the food is great of course — it’s Harvey’s, so it should be good! But because of the staff, I’ll definitely go to a different location from now on. Thanks for reading!
