But on this occasion I went for a meal and realized I forgot my wallet. Dipped in my stash for a USD $20 cause I had no CAD and the server accused me handing them fake money. I told her to check it. She came back in less than a second denied my order on speculation. Very insulting, and to knock someone's character unjustly with proving your suspicion and refusing to serve me afterwards is even worse. Maybe she's having a bad day, maybe she doesn't recognize me (I've ordered before), regardless. That type of service is unacceptable. Never deny a someone service based on an assumption. P. S. It's standard procedure to take the fake and report it to the police with camera footage. Tsk, ask, ask.
