    DO NOT ORDER AT DINNER, they were a Full hour backlogged of Uber orders. at 7:55 they were just getting orders out from 6:50 they did not update Uber with an accurate estimated order time

    First time at this location. Parked in front and decided to order ahead online so I can grab and go without being towed. Lots of other cars lined up so it wasn't just me. Ordered on their website and got texts to a link to say that I'm here to pick up. Gave me a time of pickup. I showed up a bit earlier just in case. As I walked in, there was a huge crowd by the pickup area, at least about 25 to 30 people. So already I'm not getting a good vibe about my $45 burger order. The guy at the counter was busy on the phone with another customer looking for an order. People all walking out of line behind me just sticking out their phones in front of me.. just being overall rude. When they finally get to talk to the guy at the counter, my pickup time was already well passed. The guy tells me that they're still working on 5:00 orders, but I told him that doesn't make sense because I was told to pick up from your live app for 629 and at 6:40 right now. Tells me it won't be at least another hour. Told him that's crazy. Is there a way that I can just cancel my order? He looks for my receipt and then tells me that he will leave it with the stack on his manager's desk. That it will take 4 to 5 days for me to get the refund. I asked him how do I know that that's even going to happen? Are you going to give me anything to prove that. He says no. Unfortunately you can just take a picture of the receipt. Which basically means nothing because I have the mobile receipt. Don't know what it was. There's lots of people working in the back whether they just didn't expect for the dinner, rush to hit or whatever the deal was. Restaurant was full so they must have expected something. But the lineup for the pickups was ridiculous. I left pretty angry of all the rude people that are in there which is not their fault, but I was definitely disappointed with the information on the app setting the expectation for failure right off the bat. Now I can only hope that they get the full refund that they said they would give me 4 or 5 days from now and if they don't I know they'll have a lot of problems trying to explain why they should refund it that I did not pick up. Terrible experience. Their rating got a little bit higher and I gave them a three for food because they never got a taste in the first place and I want to be as Fair as possible. Everything else terrible.

    March 10 7:30 pm, waited 45 minutes and they said there are still 30 people ahead of me :) I am did not stayed. Will do a charge back if they dont refund my money

    What a fantastic place if you love homemade fries especially potatoes from PEI anyone from the east coast has to appreciate this place. The burger meat comes straight from a hot grill and tastes absolutely amazing. The food is worth the money spent. The staff are friendly and works great as a team. Overall this Five Guy restaurant is one of the best.

    The store was messy. I ordered through the app, which showed my order completed at 6:57 PM, but I waited until about 7:15 PM. The food was ready on the side, and no one called me. One burger was undercooked with raw meat, which is concerning for bacteria.
