The staff were moving extremely slowly, and only two employees were working, with no sense of urgency at all. What frustrated me the most was that the staff ignored us completely — no explanation, no apology, and no communication about the delay. This is not acceptable for a fast-food chain, where service is supposed to be quick and efficient. Burger King seriously needs to improve staff efficiency and customer service at this location.
