We went through drive through, he got the order wrong, we ordered such a small simple order (for our kid by the way) we ordered large fries and a ice water (fountain water). He gave us bottle water. I corrected him only for him to slam his debit machine like a teenager would slam a door. Proceeded with attitude while keeping in mind he can't cross boundaries at work, but it doesn't change his temper problem. I totally understand it was busy but there was no need for it. It was not appreciated or appropriate. This is not how an ASSISTANT MANAGER should be acting. Complete lack of training.
