They hadn’t even started preparing it and only began making it after I asked, so I had to wait again. I let that go. When I finally received the order, they wrote that they didn’t have mango salsa, but there was no compensation or alternative offered. I let that go as well. Once I got home and started eating, I realized the chicken in my burrito was burned and tasted very bad. Overall, the service was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the entire experience was terrible.
