  It's a good place when the manager is working. Some staff have a bad habit. When you order a burrito and it's the last flatbread in the bag, some staff will touch your flatbread to the dirty sink and garbage can while they throw out the empty bag. Gross and not acceptable when you pay $17 for a burrito. To the manager. Please tell your staff to put the flatbread on the hot press as soon as it comes out of the bag and to throw out the empty bag after they are no longer holding food.

  The food is really good. I love the face that I can add everything I want to my burrito. The meat is good quality and I loved the carnitas. The personal is very kind. Perfect place to go for lunch.

  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The girl who served me was extremely rude. When we arrived, she wasn’t even busy, yet she still had the audacity to be rude to customers. At one point she even shouted to me and my partner asking if we “had a problem,” which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We didn’t have any problem at all—we simply asked if she could drop the churros because it was taking a long time to cook. Instead of responding politely, she chose to raise her voice. Customer service requires patience and basic respect toward customers. Sadly, this experience showed the complete opposite. If someone chooses to work in customer service, attitude and professionalism should be part of the job.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The server was not accommodating at all. At one point, she even shouted to me and my partner asking if we “had a problem.” I want to make it clear that we didn’t have any problem—we were simply asking if she could drop the burrito since it was taking quite a long time to cook. I understand that there was a customer ahead of us, but multitasking is part of working in customer service. Even a simple, polite response would have made a big difference. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps. If you work in customer service, attitude and communication really matter. I hope the staff member can improve in the future because experiences like this can affect how customers feel about coming back.

  The place is nice and clean, and they have a good variety of options to choose from. We visited during a Buy One Get One Free promotion. However, it seemed like the portion size was reduced during the offer, which felt a bit strange because the quantity should ideally remain the same as the regular serving. Overall, the place is well maintained and offers many choices, but it would be better if the portion sizes during promotions stayed consistent with the normal servings.
