Do get the "deluxe chicken," with Chick-fil-A sauce. Mmmmm I may have to replace my quarterly fast food binge. Try it guys you won't be disappointed. Do ask for fresh waffle fries no salt.

When I asked the male wearing a blue shirt with red colar if I could have my large fries with less potato skin, the manager or employee told me there was nothing he could do. I would have appreciated if he at least offered to check with the kitchen or suggested an alternative like giving a fresh batch of fries, rather than dismissing the request outright. This is a fair point, I paid for a large portion, so consistency matters.

We were waiting in line while she kept chatting with a customer (who seemed like a friend) until that customer’s order was ready, without taking orders from others. Eventually, another employee came from the back and took our order. This was unprofessional and disappointing.
