  I visited on April 4 at around 9:47 PM and had a frustrating experience. I first tried entering through the BVD truck building entrance, but Girl over there locked the door right as I approached and gestured that the store was closed—even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. Confused, I went to the front entrance, which was still open (as it should be before closing time), and was able to get in. It was disappointing to be turned away early without explanation .Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The Girl on shift refused to prepare a sandwich wrap, stating that the grill had already been cleaned and could not be used. I was told that cleaning starts after 9:30 PM, and as a result, certain items cannot be made after that time. While I understand the need for cleaning, it’s frustrating to be turned away before the posted closing time, especially for something that would take only a few minutes to prepare.it would be more transparent to adjust the listed hours or clearly communicate limited service near closing. I hope management reviews this policy to better align customer expectations with actual service availability.

  Bread is stale and certainly not bakes daily like advertised. Skimpy on meat for black forest ham as there is no "pre-measured" amount of meat for individual ham sandwich.

  I recently visited Subway and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee who prepared my sub was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. From the moment I approached the counter, there was no greeting, no smile, and no basic customer service courtesy. While making my sandwich, the employee seemed irritated and rushed, as if serving customers was a burden. I asked her can you please cut sub two halves and she interrupted me and saying we always cut but I was going to tell her not only to cut the footlong sub but also wrapping separately but she did gave me a second to speak . It made the whole experience uncomfortable. What disappointed me the most was the lack of basic politeness. After completing my order, there was no “thank you,” no acknowledgment, and no effort to make the customer feel valued. Good customer service is very important in the food industry, and unfortunately that was completely missing during this visit. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and reminds staff about the importance of respectful and friendly service. A small gesture like a greeting or a simple thank you can make a big difference in a customer’s experience.
