  Horrible food handling. Watched the staff take 2 slices of turkey that was touching ham on my sandwich off of the sandwich and put it directly back in with the rest of the turkey . When I asked him why and pointed out that was now contaminated turkey he scoffed, spoke to his manager in another language and the manager did nothing either. Not sure why I go back ever.

  Did a huge order for 130 people. Food was great and service was impeccable! Awesome! Will order again.

  Terrible food, terrible service. Im used to quality Mr Subs like the one in Sturgeon Falls where everything is fresh, this one is crap. The bread is always dry, produce is old. The service is terrible, if you ask for Sub sauce, they put a different sauce, if you ask for no cheese, they put cheese. The Country style is ran by them so it also has the same terrible service. I won't be going there again, save your money, no somewhere else, anywhere esle.

  Terrible decision to stop here worst sub I have ever had.No meat servers had no hair net or gloves. I had a hair in my sub worst place ever don’t waste your time and money here

  My friend and I decided to try Mr. Sub / Country Style and honestly… I thought we accidentally signed up for a scavenger hunt. We stood at the counter for a solid five minutes wondering if the staff were on a secret mission in the back. Not a soul in sight. When someone finally appeared, it felt like we had interrupted their very important staring-at-the-wall appointment. Ordering turned into a bit of a team-building exercise. The sandwich itself? It was fine. Not bad, not life-changing just vibing. I was expecting something hearty and heroic for my first-ever Mr. Sub experience, but the portions were more “light snack before the real meal” energy. Now let’s talk about the true legend: the Country Style coffee. Absolute nostalgia in a cup. That coffee understood the assignment and showed up ready to perform. As for the atmosphere… imagine “end of a long week” but the week has been going on for a while. The floor looked like it had seen some things. A broom cameo would’ve really elevated the vibe. All in all: good coffee, decent sub, surprise hide-and-seek experience. A little more sparkle and customer enthusiasm would go a long way.
