  I recently visited McDonald’s and was left with a very strange impression. I came in with my dog on a short leash — she was fully under control and always right next to me. Yes, I understand that it might not be allowed by policy, but what happened next raises questions. An employee (apparently a manager) approached me and, in a rather rude manner, told me to leave with the dog. The communication was abrupt and unprofessional, without any attempt to calmly explain the rules. At the same time, something else is very concerning: the men’s restroom is consistently in poor condition — unpleasant smell, mess, and often people inside who appear to be in questionable condition. This is not a one-time issue, it happens regularly. So the situation feels contradictory: a clean dog on a leash, fully under control — not allowed, but ongoing sanitation and safety issues — ignored. I expected a higher level of service and better attention to cleanliness and customer experience.

  I ordered Skip at 2:23 AM today and I got two burgers a fry, a large drink and a 10 piece nugget meal and everything was all fine and dandy and he until I started eating the nuggets and then I’ve been into one and part of it was raw. No I’m not sure how I’m gonna be feeling, but I tried to get a refund through Skip and they only gave me a refund for the affected item instead of the entire order.
