  I came here with my mom and auntie for a Friday night dinner. Hostess was fast to get us in and our service was amazing. Filomena was our server and she was great! Super helpful and friendly : ) looking forward to coming back to this location again

  We had a fantastic experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. What really made our visit exceptional was our server, Filomena. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Service like hers really makes a meal memorable. Thank you, Filomena, for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

  Very disappointed in our most recent visit. First of all, I had booked a reservation 2 weeks in advance- when we arrived, they couldn't find my reservation. We sat down for 6pm. By 6:20pm we were still waiting for someone to just take our drink order. Someone finally came and took our drink and food order by 6:30ish. There was another table that had just sat down and suprisingly they were greeted, had their drinks ordered and served before our drinks finally arrived at about 6:42pm. After dinner, we waited once again to order the kids desserts. When i seen the waitress walking by, I asked if we could order the desserts. She said it would be a few mintues as she was the only server here...okay no problem but then I see her cleaning empty tables which wouldnt normally bother me however there was no one waiting to be sat and half the restaurant was empty... after waiting about 10 minutes for the bill, she came and basically threw the bills down saying she tried to get the bills right but basically have up without us even looking at the bills yet...it wasnt really nessescary and the bills shouldnt have been that complicated what was also weird was one of the guests wanted to order an appetizer but was told it would be split onto the three bills...even though the app wasnt ordered for anyone else...so they ended up not getting the app. Food wasn't terrible but the overall experience turned me off from coming here again.

  Normally I would have given Swiss Chalet full marks, but each time I either order Swiss Chalet for Delivery or go in to eat or go to to pick up for take out to eat where I am going to enjoy a meal delicious meal from my most favorite restaurant chain I have been eating at since long before I was still living with my parents as a child, we have celebrated every special occasion at in our family and now since I don't have a Credit card I am now unable to order for delivery, so I now had to drive to the restaurant despite the fact that I only drive for emergency reasons due to a deep seated fear, I had to feed my husband who had surgery and is on heavy duty pain meds and cannot drive for a few days. I ordered simple food that he would be able to eat with open wounds in his mouth, thier original soup, mashed potatoes and gravy and thier new veggies and cheese sauce, I said I only wanted to have broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower over cooked with their cheese sauce, I needed the veggies to be overcooked so that they would be soft. I got the veggies, but they were covered with bacon and onions, I am allergic to onions so if I had been aware of the onions I would have asked for no onions and if I had of known about the bacon I would have also asked them to hold or even better on the side. My husband after having not eaten in 3 days did enjoy the soup and potatoes but I did not get to eat. I am becoming more and more disappointed in Swiss Chalet and I never thought that the restaurant I grew up eating at starting with the Chalet Swiss in Montréal where the whole Swiss Chalet legacy began so long ago. The money grabbing dropping the fact that the whole point of having a business that is so customer oriented as a restaurant where when feeding and pleasing the customer is supposed to be one of the biggest points of the business, yet now each franchise owner only cares about how fat they can get their own wallet and don't seem to care how they are becoming perceived by the people, who without them at a minimum, would need to find a different industry to be in. I am tired of being disappointed by places that used to bring comfort and happiness and now only bring about more and more disappointment and sadness. Please Swiss Chalet remember the little people who come from the people who made it possible for the brothers who wanted to bring thier fathers love of feeding people and helping them celebrate all things family, all stages of life from birth to death in his establishment where everyone was always welcome. Bring back the means of family restaurant instead of what you are doing.

  When my friend suggested Swiss Chalet for dinner, I wasn’t sure what to think - but boy was she on the money! From the chicken to the drinks to the dessert and the welcoming atmosphere - it was great! On top of it all, Filomena gave us great service, helped us decide from the many delicious options on the menu and took great care of us! If you’re like me and unsure - take this as your sign - start the car!!
