  I will never order a meal from swiss chalet ever again. My meal was cold and not worth the $27.11 I paid for my meal and a $3 tip . My meal was left on ground with out letting me know my meal was there!

  Our server Steven was amazing. He was so attentive, fun, friendly with our kids and fast. We had such a wonderful time and the food was excellent. Overall excellent service, thank you!

  We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet. Fantastic service! Our waitress, Filomena, was friendly, quick, and made the whole meal enjoyable. She checked in just the right amount and had such a positive attitude. Really appreciated!

  Went in to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Was sat in Filomena’s section. She is an absolute sweetheart. Filomena gave service with a smile. She was very welcoming from the start! The chicken is absolutely delicious. I can always count on the most amazing chicken. It falls perfectly off the bone🤩 I can always count on Swiss Chalet for providing great service and even better food! Thank you Filomena for making this Valentine’s Day special! ❤️

  Attended on a blustery Friday night. There was no heat in the building (repair man up on roof) told when it gets cold the furnace sometimes goes off. Ordered our meal, ribs and open face hot chicken. 30 min after ordering we inquired about when food would be served we were told they are waiting on the ribs. Well when our meal came the ribs and baked potatoe were just warm. My open face hot sandwich was not, it had both top and bottom bread. Our second side, for both meals, coleslaw NEVER came. The server did not take pride in her service, she should have looked at the plates reviewed with the order and made adjustments. She never came back to the table to see if we had everything and if our food was good. At the end of the meal we voiced our displeasure and she offered us to take home the coleslaw and asked if we wanted dessert. We said no to each. I have to say the couple behind us also sent their one meal back because it was cold. We also gave back our offers we received with the Christmas meals, as we won't need them, we won't be back for a very long time.
