I ordered McVeggie burger and clearly mentioned to remove lettuce and add cheese. The staff member (looked like a manager in an orange t-shirt) was extremely rude. Instead of listening carefully, she questioned me in a disrespectful way, saying “you didn’t tell me that” when I had already mentioned it. Her tone was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and good service, not to be spoken to in such a manner. If this is how a manager treats customers, I can’t imagine how regular staff is trained. Very disappointed and shocked by the attitude here. I sincerely request McDonald’s management to take this seriously and train their staff better. No one deserves to be treated rudely when they are simply placing an order.
