    just left the drive thru at 9:30pm on a monday. it was not busy at all, there was no cars in front of me, i waited to for someone to take my order. Then another car pulled up on the other side and was helped before me. Didn’t get the sweet and sour dip i ordered (which ruins the meal when this is forgotten) also didn’t get straws for either drinks. Was told to pull into a parking spot to wait for food which was weird that i had to wait for the food to be cold and tasteless. I come to this Mcdonald’s because it’s close but it’s honestly ALWAYS awful. Driving 15 mins to the McKeown location is worth it for good food and service

    Could someone explain to Annu what “spicy” means? I specifically asked for my food to be made spicy, and before paying I even double-checked my order—she repeated it back correctly. But when I received my food inside the McDonald’s (not through the drive-thru), it wasn’t spicy at all. When I asked her if my food was spicy, she said no. I told her it was the wrong order, and she just said there’s nothing she could do. She clearly needs some more training on handling orders properly.
