I have had more bad experiences than good, such as being ignored by staff for 5+minutes while the only customer in line, while they are fulfilling Skip orders. Instead of simply acknowledging the customer or letting them know you see them and will be with them shortly, they seem to blindly ignore customers without giving much concern.
