  I usually never give negative feedback however we went to McDonald's on a whim and for nostalgic reasons ordered 2 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. We asked for 4 or 5 packages of mayo. Our bill for the 2 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and 4 packets of mayo was $20.00. The fish was soggy and I can't believe they changed $2.50 for packets of mayonnaise! Complete garbage. Find a local restaurant and you can get better food and a better price anywhere else.

  Pulled up in my car to the drive thru at 11:30pm and they were serving someone standing at the window in the middle of the car line. Super unsafe and unprofessional. Not sure which manager thought that was a genius idea but looks incredible ghetto and extremely unsafe for drivers.

  Everything was fine. Except for the banquet seating behind the kiosks. Wow... I sat down and it was like I was sitting on the floor. Those need to be replaced.

  Thank you for all my items and for getting it right. On Tuesday, March 3 my grandson was extremely excited for the mini sticks to be released at McDonald’s. So when school was finished, we drove on over and grabbed ourselves each a meal from the Taylor Road location in Niagara on the lake. Everything was amazing and our entire order was there including our sticks. Thank you 🙏 That evening, a couple hours later, my husband was very jealous and proceeded to McDonald’s to get his own hockey stick. He picked up the meal as well and brought it home but from the Welland avenue location in St. Catharines. Upon arriving home, he realized there was no mini hockey stick in the bag. Concerned he called and was unable to get through to the store so I took over the calling as he ate his meal. After two hrs someone finally answered and they would not do anything for my husband at first and questioned as to why he waited two hours to call back. As we know that was not the case but after a lengthy discussion the employee insisted he come now and get it, it could not wait or be picked up tomorrow. So he had to drive at 930 pm back out to get his mini stick from this welland Ave location. From their behaviour on the phone I got the impression it was intentional and now they were mad he wouldn’t let it go. Just keep an eye out if you go to Welland Ave.
