Beef burger taste a little different then the US, not bad. Veggie patties are another thing that im not familiar with.
Gone pontiue fries & I cant say they were good or anything to write home about at all. The beef gravy was the waste canned gravy you could think of. Wooden fork add to the blah experience.
Needless to say I wont ever get those again. Dogs loved them though.

I had a really great experience with the team at McDonald's, and I felt it was worth sharing.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a combo for two. Unfortunately, the order got mixed up, and we realized it only after getting onto the highway heading back to Toronto. I immediately called the store, and the manager, Neha, handled the situation very professionally. Since it was already late and we couldn’t turn back, she kindly asked us to stop by another time and assured us she would make it right.
Later on, I had the chance to go back, and to my surprise, Neha remembered the situation right away. Without any hassle, she took care of everything and made sure we got what we had missed. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
Big thank you to Neha for her professionalism and for keeping her word. It’s not something you see everywhere these days. Really appreciate it!

McDonald’s in Niagara Falls delivers what you’d expect from the brand, but nothing particularly memorable. The taste is okay, consistent with most locations, though not especially impressive. Service is also fine, but it doesn’t stand out; it gets the job done without much warmth or speed. If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, it’s a reliable stop, but don’t expect anything beyond the usual fast‑food experience.

The customer service from Amber was excellent.
I accidentally placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app at the wrong location. When I called the store, Amber was extremely patient and thorough in gathering all the necessary details. Without any prompting, she took the initiative to note everything down and even mentioned that if the refund didn’t process automatically, she would follow up with the manager the next day and escalate it to the GM if needed. That was truly above and beyond what I expected.
As she explained over the phone, the refund was issued just a few hours later, and I was extremely happy to say the least.

I want to leave a detailed review of my visit to McDonald’s.
It was extremely cold inside the restaurant — to the point where it was genuinely uncomfortable to stay. All customers were forced to sit in their jackets and even hats, which clearly says a lot about the situation.
I ordered hotcakes, but they were only slightly warm. In such conditions, they cooled down almost immediately, making it impossible to enjoy the meal.
I spoke with the manager, but unfortunately nothing changed after that — neither the temperature in the dining area nor the situation with the food.
At the very least, you expect basic comfort and proper food quality from a brand of this size. This experience was disappointing, and frankly, not acceptable.
