I Bought 2x two meals I drove off the I tried a french fry they were warm tasted old like they were sitting for over an hour I went back in and asked for fresh fries and in a matter of 3-4 minutes I got new ones
these fries were no better I believe the guy dropped the already cooked fries back in the grease and warm them up and then gave me them. The chicken was warm The skin was all soggy and not crisp it was disgusting I will never return and it's being reported to the Niagara Region Health Department.
There is a shelf limit for french fries when they come out of the grease and I believe it's 10 minutes and they are to be thrown away,. I worked at McDonald's I know

The trademark of this store is they will make you wait 30mins for your order no matter how far advance you order online. Even though the store is slow.

I visited this location on April 13, 2026, around 5:25 PM, and the service was unacceptable. When we arrived, the counter was completely unattended while the staff stayed in the back chatting.
The ordering kiosk was missing several menu items, so we waited for someone to finally come to the desk. We tried to order two Chicken Deluxe sandwiches (which include cheese, lettuce, and tomato). We were told there were no tomatoes—which we accepted—but when the order arrived, it was a completely different sandwich loaded with only mayo and pickles.
When we brought this to the staff's attention, the employee's only response was that he "charged us less." We didn't want a discount; we wanted the food we actually ordered. We decided to leave rather than argue, but the lack of professionalism and the "don't care" attitude from the staff was disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.
The food was fresh, hot, and tasted exactly how KFC should—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the sides complemented the meal really well.
The staff were polite and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and quick. The restaurant itself was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made dining in plesant.
I once again had a very poor experience with this KFC location. I haven’t been in a while, so thought i’d give it another chance, that was a mistake.
Before I left my house, I made a mobile order for a sandwich combo so that the food would be ready by the time I got there. I then drove to the location and had to wait in a parking spot for the food for 30 minutes. After all this time I finally received my food, in which the order was wrong. I didn’t receive the fries or drink of the meal that I had paid for. I had to go inside and wait for the rest of my food, for a total wait time of 50 minutes, not very ”fast food” if you ask me.
The customer service is also just atrocious, after all this time not even an apology of any sort. If you are planning on getting KFC, go to lundys lane or any other location.
