  So rude customer service , And goggle show me closing time on sunday is 11pm and i go out there at 9:00 pm around but Staff clean the place and they told us that they cleaned so then can’t allow to dine here and i specifically Go all the way from 12km away . And i told to staff about that dine time and he just laugh on me and very disrespectful behaviour……. So i told him that you need to change on google about your closing time and it’s not worth it that before 2 hour you can’t say no to customer for dinning

  I really don’t know what happing over here as google show it’s open till 11 pm but when I reach over there at 9pm they told me that they are closed for dine in only take out is open. Like seriously they close dine in before 2 hours of closing time.

  The fried chicken here has consistently been disappointing — the pieces are extremely small, dark in color, dry, tough, and overwhelmingly salty. The portions are unbelievably tiny, to the point that it feels like blatant cost-cutting. The size is absolutely not justified by the price. Some pieces even come out almost black, which makes me suspect the frying oil isn’t being changed according to proper standards.

  II would usually do a pickup order here and would transact with the same guy. I'm sorry for forgetting his name, but it starts with K, something like Karthik? 😃 He remembered me as he helped me before about my order cancellation due to incorrect details (my mistake). The place is clean, I love the deals, and the food is ready on time! Thank you! -Divine

  At the risk of being too blunt, I'm being honest when I say that this location is unhelpful, uncaring, unprepared, rude, has no forethought, with non-human disconnected service, and are very dismissive with customers. The front counter stays unattended, and to ask for so much as a napkin, you need to yell to the back, and even then, they take their time getting up there. Napkins, I might add, are never included in the bag, same with forks, even with an order that very clearly would need forks and napkins. The dining area doesn't get tables wiped down, the bathrooms are filthy, it's just overall a very very disappointing experience every time I go here.
