  I went today with my neighbours. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Osly who is so friendly and has such a fun personality very welcoming. And our server Mel just easy to talk to, very nice & also has a great memory she really contributes to the positive atmosphere. Wayne & Robyn are also wonderful and kind. On top of the great service the good was excellent. I had a chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious cooked well and good portion size. Thank you all for a great lunch.

  My family and I enjoyed delicious meals today. I’ve always loved the ribs and coleslaw. Our server Mel was friendly and attentive. She was really great with our son. The kids menu offers a meal, side, dessert, and a special drink. He also got a sticky man and a stinky hand 🖐️. I collected scene points today too! Yahoo! As well as 5 free kids meals with the purchase of an adult meal. Great food, atmosphere, and perks are just wow!

  We absolutely love coming to Swiss Chalet in Niagara Falls! After so many years of dining here, it truly feels like a second home. The food is always delicious and consistent, but what really makes this location special is the people. Mel, Robyn, and Osly are simply incredible. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth never go unnoticed. They always remember us, treat us like family, and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. That level of care and consistency over the years is rare and so appreciated. Thank you for making every visit such a great experience. This team is the reason we keep coming back. highly, highly recommend!

  We’ve been coming to Swiss Chalet Niagara Falls for many years, and the experience is always outstanding! The food is consistently fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect classic comfort done right. What truly keeps us coming back, though, is the incredible service. Mel, Robyn, and Osly go above and beyond every single time. They are warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely care about their guests. It’s rare to find a team that provides such consistently amazing service year after year, and they make every visit feel special. Thank you, Mel, Robyn, and Osly, for taking such great care of us over the years. You are the reason this location stands out. Highly recommend!

  The best Swiss Chalet location I've ever been too! The service, quality of food and beverages, and atmosphere was exceptional. Our waitress Klarissa was lovely and took great care of us; ensuring we had everything we needed from drinks, apps, to our main course, and desserts. We even encountered the Manager Kyle who came to our table to review our order to ensure it was punched in correctly as we had made some special requests that they were able to easily accommodate. Not only was the staff professional, our food was delicious! Each meal carefully crafted with lots of flavour and the best part... their chicken. The chicken was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. If you are looking for quality food, good experiences, and professionalism this is THE PLACE. Thank you Swiss Chalet!
