The night staff was extremely rude while talking and showed a complete lack of professionalism. They were not polite at all and behaved very arrogantly. Initially, they refused to share their names, which itself is against basic customer service standards. Only after I informed them about the rules and customer rights did they finally disclose their names as Rudra and Vivek. On top of this unacceptable behavior, the pizza served was not properly cooked, which is a serious quality and food safety issue.
