- ZZZahra Zare5 days ago1.0As someone who works at McDonald’s, I can confidently say this is the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude, with unprofessional behavior and unpleasant looks from the moment I walked in. I ordered a Double Big Mac and received a regular Big Mac instead. I also asked for Mac sauce as a substitute on my Quarter Pounder BLT, but it still came with other sauces and was made with shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. This level of carelessness and poor service is unacceptable.

The tables were not wiped, we have to wipe them when we used it. 2) The washroom was fine that it was controlled by the employee but what wasn't good was that out of many doors inside the main washroom door, there were only 2 that were functional and worse, they're not clean! It was early morning when we went there and it was that bad already! Not going back.

There’s only one stall working so we need to wait in line for a long time. The other stall’s toilet is not flushing . I hope management looks into this areas too. It is very unhygienic for a food chain to not have proper ways of even washing hands.
