  This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with fast food. We were up in Canada and just wanted to stop for a quick, a snack. And it was the worst mistake ever. They were the worst possible place. I have ever experienced staff was rude unprofessional, and it was, and overall that experience

  This McDonald’s has become our go-to quick stop before exiting Niagara Falls. Almost every time we’re heading back, we take a short break here to grab coffee, use the washroom, and pick up some quick food—and it consistently delivers on convenience. Vegetarian-friendly options are available, including items like Veg burgers, hash browns, fries, coffee, and desserts, which makes it convenient for vegetarian travelers as well. While the choices are limited compared to non-veg items, it still works well for a quick vegetarian meal or snack during a road break. The place is neat, clean, and well-maintained, including the washrooms, which is a big plus when you’re travelling with family. Despite the New Year’s evening rush, the staff were polite, calm, cooperative, and well-managed, which really stood out. Orders were handled smoothly, and there was no unnecessary chaos or impatience. Parking is easy, service is quick, and the location is perfect for a final pause before the highway. Overall, a reliable, stress-free stop for coffee, food, and a breather—especially after a long day in Niagara.

  Just an awful McDonald's. Ordered sausage McMuffin meal they gave me fries instead of a hashbrown. And zero ketchup. Went in to get ketchup and had to stay in line for 5 min. Do not go

  I was visiting Niagara and I ordered a veggie combo meal from drive through and they passed me chicken burger and we were now on highway and we called them and asked them what they did and she said we can’t do anything now ! We don’t eat chicken and our money is now wasted, poor service!

  Excellent service 👏🏼 manager made certain her employees meals were ordered and made before guests were so that they were able to take thier breaks in a timely manner. I was impressed with her duty to make certain of that. Kudos to the manager that was working there on Decemeber 13th at around 8pm. Keep up the good work. I say this because I'm well aware of how hard the employees here work and the lack of respect other locations have for their employees. My family and friends will be attending this location again and again and again. The store was clean the service was fast and the atmosphere felt wonderful 👌🏽 10/10 would recommend 👌🏽
