  Always ordered online and picked from counter The best service … no wait when down this Drive thru sometimes takes time but staff is managing their speed to take orders and serve Most favourite is Mc Veg spicy 🌶️ one and makings. Combo is the best thing with caramel ice coffee

  We placed an order at the drive thru at 10:55 pm. Paid and drove to the front of the restaurant. The door was still open, not locked. I had to use the restroom very urgently, I entered the restaurant but was advised they were closing. I observed patrons were still ordering food. I asked to speak with a manager and reiterated that I had to use the restroom and literally just left the drive thru. I stated it was a long drive back to Toronto and I was already here to please allow me access to the restroom. I was redirected to go another establishment that was a few minutes away. I left the restaurant and went to the gas station beside it. I asked the attendant if they had a restroom I could use and was directed to go through the door in the back. As I walked through the door I was met with the manager from McDonald's and she was using her body to try to block access to the restroom that I just got permission to use from the gas station attendant. I had no idea it was a shared facility. I believe when the McDonald's is closed, patrons of the gas station the same washroom. The state of the washroom was very unkept and has a high pungent urine scent. They do not maintain their restrooms on schedule nor do they clean with proper disinfectant. The attitude of the staff is reflective of the bathroom, very nasty. I do not recommend this establishment to consume any food nor to used the restroom. Health and safety is a concern and has to be addressed sooner than later.

  Logan at drive thru was exceptionally welcoming and nice. We had all coins and wanted to spend befor going back to USA he make us feel valuable, help us counting.so greatful to him.

  Worst ever. 10:56 with a huge lineup and won't take our order. What a joke and a waste of time. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for nothing....McDonald's is gross enough, now this poor customer service.

  I don’t think they can ever get an order right they can punch it in correctly on the computer. They just can’t make it correctly. Everything was old and stale. My bread was so hard. The french fries were absolutely disgusting Probably let them sit all day long instead of cooking new ones like asked and everyone knows that’s why you go to McDonald’s for their french fries I’m not sure if they’re prepping their meat differently At this location, but it does seem to taste different than any other McDonald’s I went to. You have to pour your own soda, which is fine but at least keep that station clean where you put your condiments. seems to be a lot of homeless people hanging out there with dogs inside the restaurant so you can believe how much dog hair is all over things, including lids for our cups or the counters we put our drinks on, Ketchup dispenser is always empty. I actually walked out without getting a soda because of the condition it was in .Bathrooms are locked because there’s always less fortunate taking baths or worse than them. Seems like everyone’s this location hates their job which is fine then go find a new one. You guys really should Send someone from corporate in there And clean up your gong show
