We go to this drive thru more often than would like to admit..the staff are wonderful and very diligent in making sure the order is right and ready when you get to the window. Long weekends can have long lines as it is the next alternative drive thru to lundys lane branch.

Well maintained and clean Mc Donald’s I found on the way to Niagara Falls. The interior design of this store is a bit unique. The rest rooms are clean & kept under lock & key Opened only on request. Kiosk are available in addition to service desk. Online orders and drive through too available. Nice atmosphere to dine.

The customer service was very disappointing. The staff showed no friendliness, no smiles, and appeared tired and unmotivated. I request management to take this seriously, as this is the third time I have experienced the same issue.

Just had a terrible experience at this McDonald's, had to order from the machine because nobody was manning the till. Had to yell multiple times to get the attention of anyone in the back as I needed to ask for access to the bathroom. When I came back and was waiting for my food the person dropped it on the counter, didn't call out the order number or anything and ran back to where they couldn't be seen. Will never return to this location.
