We just stopped by to have lunch on our way back to home. Firstly, we all were pure vegetarian so we just ask a crew member about the cooking procedure of a veggie patty. It was a simple question and she was supposed to give a simple answer. She just told us that there is a separate vat for it. My friend just couldn’t hear her properly, so he asked again and she replied so rudely,” I already answered your question.” This was her reply. After that she just went back in kitchen, while we were still standing there to clarify. We are paying money to eat something, why they should be replying rudely just to share a piece of information. We literally felt like we asked for her kidney or lever. Such a bad experience from a normal crew member, who might be thinking she was the owner of the restaurant.

The girl told me last Saturday they don't do coffee at 540am I go every other day before work never been a problem before. I find the weekend staff isn't as great as the staff during the week .

Terrible experience. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
They don’t offer refills on their drinks either.
Extremely long wait for a simple junior chicken sandwich.
I’d give this 0 stars if I could. My kid said this is the worst McDonalds he’s been to.
There is trash piling up.

I ordered through the drive-thru and clearly asked for an egg, cheese & sausage English muffin. They charged me for a sausage McMuffin (without egg) and asked me to park in a reserved spot for about 10 minutes. When I got the order, it was incorrect. I went back to the drive-thru, explained politely, and mentioned I was missing the egg. The staff said they would refund and recharge me because “she didn’t take my order,” even though I repeated it clearly the first time.
We drove to the window, did the whole process again, and were asked to park once more. We waited another 15 minutes before finally getting the right item. Altogether, we spent almost 30 minutes at the drive-thru for one English muffin with egg, cheese, and sausage. When I mentioned the long wait, I was told only two people were working, but I clearly saw at least four staff members.
I understand they may have been busy, and it was snowing, but the customer service was disappointing, communication was poor, and the delay was unreasonable for such a simple order.
