We were told that the dips we ordered were already put in the kids Happy Meals, but when we got out to our car, the dips were missing or incorrect. We then had to go back inside and wait again just to get what we originally paid for. Not one of the people serving us were wearing hairnet or gloves, which is very unsanitary. Overall, it was frustrating and disappointing, especially after already waiting so long. Definitely not the experience we expect from McDonald’s.
