  Well we ordered online and when we picked it up and opened their was a long black hair(discussing)in one of our burgers. We called and talked to the Manager and explained, and she didn't even apologize for the issue. She said she can replace the one meal. We said that In the paper bag their was a receipt from Jan/31/26 for a chocolate shake. Like what the heck. She then hangs up the phone. This is terrible and the associate should be more trained in customer service.

  Got 2 meal deals and the poutine fries. The meals were to be expected from McDonald's the fries were loaded, would get the fries again

  First time having MacDonalds in a couple years due to their decision to change the big Mac was a BAD decision, and their shrinkflation of product accompanied their inflation of price had me try both Burger King and A&W for the first time ever (don't judge me, I loved big macs and if it's not broken don't fix it so I was loyal, and a cheap date!) But... the fries still damn good, though only filled halfway now... and the rest of the food subpar still. Granted still great coffee.

  Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you want your order messed up or a burger that’s just slopped together. The staff here clearly don’t care about customer services or providing a positive experience. I ordered a Big Mac meal and customized it and a Spicy McCrispy Sandwich. The Big Mac wasn’t even close to how I ordered it and my Spicy McCrispy looked like a two year old put it together. I called in to express my concerns and the manager always seems to pick up. They offered me an exchange but wanted me to drive back to the store in this Bad weather. No thanks, you and your staff don’t care the first time I ordered, I could just imagine what my exchange would have looked like. 🤮🤮 Had to suck up a $25 loss. If you’re craving Rotten Ronnie’s Don’t go to the Lundy’s Lane location.
