We finally got the order 13 minutes later and I checked the order right away in my car to notice 1 Big Mac was missing and all the other Big Macs were to some extent cooled down as the fries were hot. It seems the Big Macs must of been waiting in the bag for certain amount of minutes before the fries were placed in since the fries were hot and the Big Macs got cooled down when Mcdonalds are suppose put everything into the bag at the same time. We had to go back in to get the missing Big Mac and we should of also asked to replace the cooled down Big Macs. Managers should always know which exact employee(s) prepare the orders to inform them if or when they make a Mc'mistake.
