  Just went through drive thru and order was simple… quartern pounder and ice tea and 10 nuggets and chocolate shake combo… got my food…. No ice tea went back inside and had to get my own ice tea and then got back to car opened food and no fries…. This place is terrible especially after $30

  Honestly, I almost feel silly giving McDonald’s a 5-star rating.. However this location really stands out against any other McD’s. The staff/service has always been impeccable. The fact this location has a play-place just makes it that much better. Also - the playplace has a great “viewing” area to watch your kiddos! Also the noise stays IN the playplace area.. so if you don’t have kids you don’t have to worry about hearing other screaming kids just being in this restaurant.

  The store is a joke, they religiously mess up orders, forget sauces, and do not care about their customers. The manager hangs up the phone when you have a problem with your $80+ order and then they don’t answer your calls to resolve the issue. The night store manager on Feb 27 2026 is an absolute clown…I would never have a joke of a person like that managing any of my stores. She is rude, ignorant, and has NO CLUE what customer service means. Will not return under any circumstance.

  Not every time but often when I get something from this location Thoroldstone Rd , it smells like either men’s cologne or a woman’s sweet perfume. My coffee often has smelt like cologne, my coffee and my hash brown this morning, the bag on the hash brown smelled like women’s perfume. I’m very allergic to perfumes and scents like this. Plus, I just don’t want to smell Cologne or perfume while I’m eating my food. I called and informed a manager or supervisor once and it seemed to stop for a while, but apparently they don’t follow up on it. All businesses are supposed to be scent free so I will never go again I’ll drive the other side of town and go to the one on Lundy‘s Lane hope for the best there. 🥴

  Overnight staff is so rude, it's been two times I went there at 3 am she says rudely our systems not working we can't get your code in, than I told her I can wait, than she rudely said no need to wait you can go, I don't know why the owner opens the restaurant this late if They can't order and it's not my first time they refused to take my order, it's like they don't wanna take big order than they refused moreover why can't they give staff appropriate customer service training, I wasn't even rude to her, I asked her nicely, but anyways it's gonna be like this forever and neither any manager or owner gonna talk to the staff because my friend had same experience and he left his review too, but nothing happened, I will not recommend this McDonald's to anyone, I thought McDonald's is a brand where customer service training is given and they value customers but not this one I guess.
