You know we've been eating Kentucky Fried Chicken for years , and you know it's not the food we're complaining about it's the way you treat customers, you have no customer communication skills , none whatsoever at this location ,waited 14 minutes and you didn't even acknowledge us nothing verbal or action wise you know if you would of just said something like be with you in a minute everything would of been cool , so we left and went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken on the lane where we were treated with respect !!!
Ordered kfc feast and had delivered last night. It was easy to order, it was delivered super fast. The chicken was moist and still hot! The order was correct, the driver was nice. This is the 3rd time in last 4 months over ordered for delivery from here.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in to the Dorchester location on Feb. 21st,2026 and ordered the 6 piece bucket, the popcorn chicken and the French fries. The 6 piece bucket is supposed to include one drumstick, one rib, one wing, and two thighs. I received one drumstick, one rib, and 4 thighs. The rib and the thighs were tiny and Mai ly skin and bones. Didn’t know this until I got home and it was too late and too far to go back. I called this morning and they don’t seem to care. Big rip off. Will never go back.

The service was in a timely manner, and the staff were wonderful - as always.
The regular spiced fried chicken was perfectly seasoned, crunchy, delicious and not too oily, not soggy. Flavourful with a perfect mouth feel.
Salads, macaroni and coleslaw - perfectly done. Your gravy was delicious.
Keep up the great work, and keep on smiling. Will be coming back for More!

I’m an Uber Eats driver and I regularly pick up orders from KFC, and the experience at this location is consistently terrible.
They almost always say “6–8 minutes,” but when you return after 10 minutes, they tell you “10–15 more minutes.” This keeps happening over and over, and what should be a quick pickup turns into a 20–25 minute wait. This is disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Drivers rely on accurate wait times to do our job, and it feels like they just say anything to make you wait.
There is also zero coordination among the staff. One employee says one thing, another denies it, and nobody takes responsibility. It’s always excuses like “I didn’t say that” or “she doesn’t know.” Meanwhile, staff are busy chatting and playing music, while drivers are left standing there.
On top of that, there is no basic courtesy, no apology, no “sorry,” no “thank you.” Nothing. They show no respect for drivers’ time as they just don’t care.
What makes it worse is that despite all this, they still ask drivers to leave them a 5 star review. Instead of asking for fake positive reviews, they should fix their service and learn to respect people’s time.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
