When I raised the issue with the staff/manager, I was told this is their standard, despite other Harvey’s locations (like Richmond Hill) serving much fuller portions. No effort was made to correct it or offer additional fries. Poor service and inconsistent quality. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back!!

About I minute after I sat down they called me to do the rest of my order burgers. I said that makes no sense when fingers are going to take 7 minutes the other food would get cold. So they took the burgers down and put them somewhere. Anyways got home to eat the cheeseburger s and the buns were like mush. I don’t recommend this place at all
